About the Designer

My name is Amy Anderson Peck. I have enjoyed creating unique and fun floral arrangements for 14 years. I started out working with flowers at a local Hy-Vee grocery store when I was in high school. From there, I attended college and worked as a Floral Designer at a few shops around town, learning from other Designers.

After College I attended Stuppy floral design school in North kansas City Missouri. I then opened my own flower and gift shop in Urbandale Iowa and sold that business in 2001 as i wanted to start a family.   Although I got out of the retail spotlight, I never got away from creating floral designs for weddings and keeping my passion for creative  floral design in my life!

In the past year I have taken classes at Koehler and Dramm Institute of Floristry and hve studied under Ardith Beverage who has several credentials behind her name as well as the use of her talents at the white house, Rose parade and other presidential celebrations.  In taking the continuing education classes with Ardith I was asked to work at a design show for Koehler and Dramm.  I worked side by side with world known designer from Canada Neville Mackay who has had many appearances on HGTV, CBS  a radio show and worked with several celebrities putting together a show for other florists  giving them refreshing creative ideas with new colors, trends and tricks of the trade!  It was a great experience and I thank Neville for sharing his knowledge and kind comments on my designs!

Through my experience working with Brides, their wants and needs, I know how important it is to listen to their dreams and the vision they have for their special day. It is truly a blessing to be a part of their wedding day and bring the event to life with the beauty of flowers! I look forward to meeting with you and creating special memories on your big day or special event!

Best Wishes to you and your Future!
